Los Altos is a very quiet neighbourhood with an easy access to all major highways (100, 280, 85). Los Altos has a beautiful downtown at 20 minutes walking distance and has quite a few restaurants, coffee shops, and a very relaxing environment. Grocery shopping and department stores are also at 20 minutes walking distance or a at 5 minutes drive. Stanford and Mountain view downtowns are at 15 to 20 minutes drive. Our studio is newly built and it is quite private with its own entry. It has a full kitchen, 1.5 baths, Queen bed in the upstairs loft, washer/dryer, wifi, heating/cooling, walking closet etc. Renter pays $250 per month for all utilities - heating/cooling, water, WiFi, garbage etc. We would prefer a long term rental but will consider month to month lease.
