This apartment is for male UCF students onIy (sorry that's the rule). I have an apartment lease for a year and a half starting on the spring semester, the rent is 670 for the spring semester and summer semester, but after august it lowers to 660 a month. The room is shared with a roommate but he?s a pretty chill guy and very approachable, he usually spends a lot of the time in his room. The room comes with its own bathroom inside of it and the apartment comes with a fully functional kitchen and living room. The Pointe is a UCF owned housing outside campus, however, it does include transportation by bus that runs every 15 min from Monday through Friday so if you don?t have a car, you have a way to get to campus. There is also ample parking provided if you do have a car, but you have to pay 50 dollars per semester, though the apartment is pretty close to the school (5 to 10 minutes tops). It's for a year and a half for UCF students only. It's a the Pointe at Central as a re-lease.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Zillow. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources.
