It is conveniently located within walking distance from restaurants, Kroger, and walking trails. It is a short 15-minute drive to downtown, no highway needed and is a 2-minute drive to hop on 285. Within a 5- 10 minute drive, there are several grocery stores, shopping areas, Cumberland mall, Costco, parks, dining, Vinings, and Smyrna. We have loved living here, the community is very friendly and we are so sad to leave, but it is time that our 1- year- old has his own bedroom :) The unit is not furnished. Comes with Washer/ Dryer. Water is included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for electric, gas, WIFI & cable. Electric is usually 40-60 per month. Gas is between 35- 50 per month. No pets, No smoking. Plenty of parking. The unit comes with one key fab for access to the neighborhood, one amenities key, and one mail key. An extra key fab or amenities key can be purchased upon request. If the key fab or amenities key is lost, it is $50 each to replace. Prior to the tenant moving in, the first month of rent is due, the security deposit, and a $200 non- refundable lease processing fee.
