Income must be verifiable through employer as well as paycheck stubs, bank statements, award letters or tax returns. CREDIT REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have positive credit history. including no evictions. Also to include no debt to previous rental property owners. BANKRUPTCIES: Must be discharged for two years prior to approval of an application.
