Three bedroom, one full bath house with a nice and sunny downstairs room. Access to a large and sunny yard that faces west. One block from the beach, on the L Taravel line. Plenty of street parking in a safe neighborhood. The house has full ammenities such as clothes washer and dryer, gas stove, gas fireplace and a dishwasher. Two chill people already live here, one guy and one girl. We are both pretty mellow at home and the house is usually quiet at night. However you must love dogs as there are to very sweet and lovable dogs. Medium size and very well trained. We all split the bills such as water, gas, etc...Looking for anyone that is polite and friendly..... This is a cool place to live....
