Minimum of three years of verifiable rental history. 2.) At least $3,000 in gross monthly household income (except for subsidized rent or income). 3.) At least twelve months of consistent income history. 4.) No previous evictions, including dismissals. 5.) No felony convictions. There's a $35 application fee per adult tenant. The screening process includes income, rental, credit and criminal history verifications. Thank you. Tenants pay for all utilities which include gas, electric and water.
