This small rental will be done in 3 weeks. It will have 1 enclosed bedroom and one bedroom in a studio setting, with a curtain across the room. It has compact washer/dryer hook ups. Heat and air conditioning. Full sized bathroom with tub/shower. The cabin is on 10 acres with one other rental. Rent is $890/month. With an approved pet it's $50 more per month. Renter is responsible for their electricity. We provide septic and water. Renter is also responsible for their own snow removal. Polson is 16 miles away, Kalispell is 35 miles. We live on 10 acres next to the rentals' 10 acres. No smoking or vaping on the property. Renter pays for electric, and takes their own trash, and does their own snow removal. First months rent and cleaning deposit required. I will do a background check on clients. Long term applicants only.
