This two bedroom, two bath fully furnished cabin is the perfect location for skiing, hiking and mountain adventure. Just a few miles from beautiful downtown Main Street and located off US 321 close to Appalachian Ski Mountain. Electric, water and trash service are all included. This cabin is located in a neighborhood with an HOA which provides all road maintenance and a laundry facility free of charge. We will consider 6-12 month lease options as well as pets. 1. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside only. All cigarette butts should be disposed in a trash receptacle. 2. Tenants are not are not allowed to sublease or exceed the occupancy limit. 3. Tenants should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. 4. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. 5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. 6. Only use appliances for their intended uses. 7. Dogs will be considered and only allowed upon approval by the home owner. No cats or other pets allowed. 8. Parking: Only two vehicles will be allowed to park in front of the property. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. 9. Linens: Linens are not included. Please bring all sheets and towels. 10. Garbage: All garbage should be contained inside a trash bag and placed inside the large trash receptacles in the neighborhood trash pickup location. 11. Fireplace: The fireplace is a non-vented propane gas log fired firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. 12. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to $500.00. 13. Absolutely no house parties or special events allowed on property without owner's permission. Failure to comply will result in eviction. 14. Absolutely no fireworks or outdoor fires permitted onsite. 15. Tenants must abide by all rules set forth by the neighborhood HOA or risk eviction.
