Very clean and neat 1 bedroom apt. Second floor unit is an adult occupied building. Very courteous long term residents currently occupied. Nice 20 minute walk along river to downtown. Unit has off street parking. There is a small back yard available for tenants and a no cost washer and dryer in basement. The grounds are maintained via maintenance person who handles landscaping, snow plowing and any general building issues should they arise. We have a non-smoking policy in building and no pets please. The utilities are not included in monthly rent. We have national grid gas and electric in building First month's rent and a security deposit required. We do tenancy at will agreements, prefer long term tenant. Will be having open houses next two Saturdays. Thanks for your interest.
