Located in Program Area (ACLB Focus Neighborhoods: South End, West Hill, West End, Sheridan Hollow, and Arbor Hill; City of Cohoes and City of Watervliet. Income restrictions/Affordable rental rates will be required. All Landbank properties are sold in "as is" condition. No warranties are made regarding property condition. Property subject to reassessment by the municipality upon completion of improvements or Certificate of Occupancy.
