Newly renovated with new flooring and painting. Comments from previous tenant: 1. The only door you need to lock is the security screen door. You can leave windows open at night, patio doors open at night and all the time. The security in this place is awesome! 2. In the winter, you can have the fireplace on all day and it will heat the entire unit. No need to turn on the heat and get the expense as the gas if free. BIG benefit there and I will miss it. 3. There are not any bugs! Amazing but true. Rarely do I find a bug in the house, even with both patio doors and screens open. 1. Water, gas, trash, and association dues covered by landlord. Renter is responsible for electricity, internet, cable, etc. 2. Assigned one designated parking space under carport. 3. Maximum of two people can live in condo. 4. No smoking (includes tobacco and non-tobacco products) 5. No pets
