Original owners. In 1967 the original sales price was $28K, but my dad had the builders install an additional $17K worth of upgrades. The most important upgrade was the oversized windows in Living/Dinning Room and Master Bedroom to take advantage of the large panormaic view of the entire Los Angeles/Orange county basin. Some were later replaced with double pane windows. Also, before the drywall was installed, my dad wired the entire house for sound. There are ceiling speakers in all the primary rooms, and garage, throughout the house which are connected to a central area in the Kitchen.
