Comes with a glass topped convection oven range, a old (but still working) refrigerator, and microwave. The space for washer and dryer requires them to be front loaders. 16 ton Goodmen AC/Heating unit. Cons: Flooring throughout the house should probably be replaced and insulation added underneath the bottom floor. Spiral staircase is too narrow for most people. Needs better air circulation between the upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs bathroom needs a exhaust fan put in. Roof does not leak, but will probably need to be reshingled after being moved.
