However, I am leaving the house on December 18th, 2014 as I am graduating early which means it is available from that date until July 31st, 2015. AS A COURTESY OF TAKING OVER MY LEASE YOU WILL BE RECEIVING A FREE 35 INCH SAMSUNG PLASMA TV. The private bedroom (as can be seen through the pictures) contains: -All required furniture-A King size bed - A 35 inch Samsung Plasma TV (This will be given to you for free) - A table and office chair-Private bathroom with a bath Arrangements can be made to transfer all of this to the new tenant for a fixed cost after which it can be sold to anyone else they would like. A bike can also be provided with the lock. I am happy to sublease this room for the desired dates. The room overlooks a beautiful lawn and is in a friendly neighborhood with a lot of security. You will also have your own private mailbox and a maintenance man who will solve any form of problems you have. The other roommates in the house are kind, adjusting and soft spoken individuals. They will be accommodating and very welcoming to anyone willing to fill the vacancy.Attached is also a picture of the common area which is spacious and has a TV. Down the staircase there is a huge kitchen with fridges, microwaves etc. This can all be clearly shown once I am in contact with you!
