Private room with good sized closet and the main bathroom will be yours! You would just share the bathroom with any guest of the home. Bed pictured is queen sized. Furniture could be included for added fee. Living room, Kitchen, laundry room, dining area, and yard are all shared spaces. Dedicated parking spot in driveway and lots of street parking. Internet included in rent. Utilities will be split 2/5 you 3/5 me (I have not been here a full year yet but would be somewhere between 70-140 from what I've seen). I am a fairly quiet person and would do best with someone who is similar. I work from home a few mornings a week also. I am a fairly clean person though not a neat freak. I have a pup who is a big sweety who just wants his ball thrown. So must be ok with dogs. Looking for a short term lease (1-3 month) to start and see how we get along then option to extend. Looking for shorter lease to start and if we get along great then extend! Pets must have all vaccines up to date including bordetella. Meet and greet between pets must also happen before lease being signed. No smoking on property. 3x rent ideally
