The condominium association has a strict no pets policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed and violators will be charged a $500 fine. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking.
