Welcome to your Sun City Festival Oasis. Inside the home, you will find a renovated kitchen, new carpet in the bedrooms and new furniture inside and out. You will be able to create amazing dinners with all new kitchenware and carefully chosen dinnerware and glassware. You will enjoy being outside using the Outdoor Kitchen complete with a very large BBQ, a refrigerator, built in cooler to keep your beverages ice cold and an amazing eating area. You will also enjoy the pool with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the sun or shade. In the evening you will be able to enjoy the firepit with comfortable seating around it. We currently have the following available: May 16th through August 31st, October, December 2026. April 2027 and thereafter. Peak Season Rates (November - April) - $3500 Off Peak Season Rates (May - October) - $2500 Min 30 day rental At least 1 person must be at least 55 or older The house is a Non Smoking house. We will provide all utilities with reasonable caps. Pool can be heated for $40 a day. Small Dogs are allowed with an extra refundable $500 deposit. Tenant to let the property owner know if they want to have access to Sun City Festival amenities. Sun City Festival will charge $100 per person for use of amenities and Property Owner will do paperwork to allow this. Check In is 3pm and Check Out is 11am
