Looking for minimum of 12 month lease. No smoking, vaping, or drug use is permitted. Tenant is responsible for electric and water bills. Wifi and use of solar panels are included in $3400/month rent. Tenant is expected to maintain property (i.e. mowing, leave removal, etc.) but tools, equipment, and materials can be provided by landlord if desired.
