This is a great neighborhood. Concord Village has a clubhouse and a swimming pool. There are sidewalks throughout the whole Village. Very convenient to many stores, including Costco and Target as well as supermarkets like Jewel and Dominick's. There are plenty of parks in the area and sports centers like the YMCA and the Kitts' Sports Center. You can also walk to a park and a tennis court in the neighboring community. Furthermore, you can walk to the lake (Lake Zurich) and go fishing there or walk to downtown LaKe Zurich which is undergoing major renovations. The new, large Lake Zurich library which has terrific facilities is just a short ten minute walk away or you can get there by car in one to two minutes. Concord Village has a very easy access to two major roads, Route 12 and Route 22, which let you get easily to interstates 90 and 94.
