High-end high-capacity LG washer/dryer-brand new last December, with steam cycles. Office and workout space with a new high-quality Sole treadmill and Bowflex Max Trainer, hardly used. Also a very nice Power Tower, glute-ham developer, and small sit-up bench. King bed: very sturdy wood platform base and a very comfortable hybrid latex mattress-less than a year old. Toshiba 55-inch smart TV on a tall dresser. Other bedrooms: queen bed, twin bed and futon with very comfortable mattresses. One major highlight is the whole-home water filtration system with 3 inline filters that remove sediment, chlorine, chloramine, pesticides, viruses, bacteria, and more, as well as a water-structuring vortex unit that helps to increase capacity to carry beneficial minerals and nutrients while softening the water. Municipal water supply with good quality water and very good water pressure. The garage closet has a metal shelf unit with lots of tools including new air compressor, hoses, accessories and nail/staple guns. EGO lawnmower, weedeater, leaf blower, and chainsaws with several batteries and two rapid chargers. Wheelbarrow, lawn tools, push-broom, regular brooms, brushes, floor squeegee, etc. Two heavy-duty multi-task ladders and step ladder. Large, 4-5 month supply of 25-year shelf-life survival food including numerous sealed organic heirloom seeds, a gravity fed water filter system that can filter contaminated fresh-water from ponds, streams, runoff, etc with extra filters. Also numerous gas-masks and high-quality replacement filters and hazmat suits. Everything listed above is just what I could think of at the moment, but there is much more, and everything is negotiable. This is an opportunity to get a great place that is fully livable without all the unpleasant moving. It sits on a very lovely, mostly wooded, 3-acre property.
