It is currently occupied by a senior mother with her adult son, and two friendly dogs. The current occupants' bedrooms are on one wing of the house, providing privacy to the renters in the two bedrooms on the other wing. Each room has a ceiling fan light fixture and is furnished with a desk & chair, twin-size bed frame, and a night stand with a lamp. In the garage, there is a designated sitting area for the renters. Light cooking is available in the garage as well, which includes a microwave oven, air fryer, electric induction burner, coffee maker, water boiler, and a refrigerator. No smoking allowed inside the house. Minimum 12-month lease. No loud TV, music, & games. Parking on street. Monthly utitility costs of $50 per room in addition to the rent.
