Each outlot is understood to have a dock on Gull Lake. 3 boats per dock are max. Not sure if a spot is available for an all summer place to keep boat or not. Swimming is understood to be available from docks however, or to be picked up by boats from outlots. Good sized nearby on Midland - lot also available for $44,000, (84x125). I have n ot had a chance to ask Angie at township if it is buildable.
