Only 10 mins from Lake Houston, delicious restaurants, golf clubs, & nature parks. Great for large groups or family vacations. 25 minutes from downtown Houston with world class arts, Broadway shows, dining & sports options. Getting around: Guests may park in the driveway that can fit 5-6 cars, with additional on street parking. Easy to use Uber/Lyft if you're flying in from Bush airport or wanting to explore - with plenty to see/do in the area and downtown as well! - For temporary (week-week) or month-month basis rental. - Full Furnished - Owner will pay for utilities and WIFI, with an A/C upcharge in summer months. - For stays over a month, 1 months full rent is required for the SECURITY DEPOSIT - $2200 - Guests may park in the driveway that can fit 5-6 cars, with additional on street parking. Garage is not available to guests. Homeowner has stored items there he will occasionally need, and will provide notice before accessing garage. - Has never flooded, not even during Hurricane Harvey. - No Smoking Inside (No Exceptions).
