PROPERTY Rental Property Address: 2685 25th Ave, Forest grove, OR, 97116 The property includes the dwelling, garage, yard, fixtures, appliances, and all improvements. 3. LEASE TERM Lease Start Date: 05/01/2026 Lease End Date: 05/30/2031 Lease term 1 To terminate the lease, both tenant and landlord needs to give 60 days' notice.
