This is a charming, single story, ranch style house centrally located close to Heavenly as well as the lake and many restaurants, mountain biking trails and hiking areas. We live on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood with fully fenced front & back yards. You will find it a quiet, inviting, well-loved living space for relaxing in the hot tub or by the fire after your days enjoying all that Tahoe has to offer. We love our neighborhood and our neighbors and we want them to continue to love us! Please help us do that by keeping noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm. The first week of September, we are having new carpet installed in the bedrooms as well as luxury waterproof vinyl planking throughout the hallway, living room & kitchen.
