I have owned the house for 30 years, we lived in it for 20 and have rented for last 10. A short list of upgrades include, new Central AC 2015, 94% eff. Gas furnace 1999, new plumbing, new electric service 2006, new roof 2008, new windows 2006. R-44 insulation in attic. The house is sound, The basement is dry. There is a really nice family room addition completely redone in 2009, large living room formal dinning room, eat in kitchen with breakfast bar, computer room, 3 bedrooms 2 baths, large laundry room and rec room in basement. Kitchen and baths were stripped to the sub floors and bare walls, all fixtures and plumbing replaced during years we lived there.
