Managed by its Board of Directors with its General Manager reporting to that board, its fees cover most of the upkeep of a fine residence including Home Owner's Insurance, Water, Electric, Trash, Recycling, Exterior maintenance and roof maintenance plus landscaping in addition to abundant community amenities. Those things we have enjoyed for 17 years - the sun rising fills our bedroom with color and light every morning and puts us to sleep with moon rise, comforting and joyful. The forest around us, 375 acres, lets us share space with deer and quail which we see daily. There are as many activities as one may wish.
