This is a shared space. We are a quiet professional couple. We love to cook and occasionally entertain, and we love nothing more than sharing a meal together from time to time. The spacious kitchen is always available for your use, and there is a large garage for storage. Rental is for one year or perhaps more. You would need to be vetted by Monterey Bay Property Rental Company with appropriate references etc. Utilities are shared, and there is blazing fast wifi. We have Xfinity and pretty much all the TV channels you would wish for - HBO, Prime, Netflix etc. Please - no pets or smokers. Parking is easy, and there is a reserved space for this property right in front.
