This is actually a two bedroom I want to share with a compatible type financially secure renter with good references. -- So the unfurnished guest bedroom and bath are for rent here. Living/dining are are furnished with giant new TV with HBO package. Everything super clean and mostly new. The best news is I am retired and travel 50-60% of the time, and stay here on holidays when you might be most likely to travel. That means around 67% of the time you have the place to yourself. So if we are compatible and respect each others space, it is almost as good as having the place to yourself. There is no time limit to this rental, it could go on for many years, but require at least six months. You can also have an approved dog for an extra $50 per month as this is the best place in Brentwood for dogs plus an extra $50 per monthly maid service and utilities, or $100 if you want the maid twice monthly.
