The bathroom, has a tub/shower combo with new fixtures. and is newly remodeled. Rent is $825.00 plus electric. All other utilities are included. WE pay for you, heat, water. sewer. and garbage! A tenant must sign for a year. No drugs of any kind are allowed on the premises. Rent is expected on the 1st of every month with an extension to the 5th of the month. After the 5th of the month, it is considered late, unless the landlord is notified, and payment arrangements are made. If there is no notice to the landlord that payment will be late, then, an extra fee of five dollars a day is imposed until full payment is made! The only animal allowed on the premises is one cat. This is a NO SMOKING BUILDING. We DO ALLOW smokers to smoke outside the building. No loud noise after 10'clock. No wild parties or actions that will make someone else unhappy. This is due to people who work shifts. Everyone is expected to respect others property. When a tenant decides to move, a 60 day notice must be given to have time to advertise and rent the apartment. The tenant that is moving has to allow the landlord to show the apartment, whether they are home or not in order to rent it as soon as possible. However, you will be notified by phone if the landlord is taking someone in to see the apt. There are a washers and dryers in the basement for your use.
