Upstairs private and enclosed loft room for rent in my condo in Santa Clarita near the 14 freeway. Very close to College of the Canyons (COC), California Institute of the Arts (CalArts), Six Flags Magic Mountain, and the Westfield Valencia Town Center Mall. The colleges and universities are about a 10-15 minute drive, depending on traffic. If you happen to work in aerospace, Palmdale and Lancaster are not very far away either (about 30-60 minutes, depending on traffic and time of day). The loft is closed off, walled and with a heavy duty door to give you all the privacy you need upstairs. Room is appx. 8.5 x 13.5, furnished with a loft bed and desk, large dresser, and cozy rug. Please bring your own full-sized mattress and sheets/pillows. The room is nice and bright with lots of sunshine coming in. In the photos, the spiral staircase leads to the room for rent. You will share with 2 professional males in the accounting and engineering industries, plus me when I am there (which is seldom). You would share a bathroom with just 1 person. Common areas include the kitchen, living room, and balcony. Atmosphere is quiet, respectful and peaceful. Not a party place! We all keep tidy daily, but rent also includes a 1x monthly cleaning service. Shoes are always removed at the door.
