1.7-acre property on Alsea river. Morel mushrooms grow naturally here so I started propagating them and now they grow in abundance. The property is wooded and leads directly into the national forest where you can hunt and shoot guns or forage for wild mushrooms. On the other side of the property is the river where you can fish any time you want. Very peaceful and quiet out here. The air smells so clean and fresh. Since the Alsea river is less than 50 miles long and doesn't run through major cities it is much less polluted. Wild fish swim the river at different times of the year so you can fish all year round. Rainbow trout, cutthroat trout, Winter steelhead and a couple of types of salmon are great for catching. The property is only 31 miles from very nice ocean beaches. The homeowners association here is very friendly. The town of Alsea is very tiny but very much alive. House is sold as-is and needs replacement or a lot of work. It could be used for storage or someone could live here while they build another place.
