Ohana located on estate farm in Papaiko. Street parking. Private 2 bed, 1.5 bath. Furnished, has washer/dryer in unit on lanai. Close to elementary school. In a great neighborhood. Main house will be long term rental as well so we require all residents to follow good neighbor rules. No smoking, no large parties, no loud music. Quiet residential area located 10-15 minutes outside of Hilo. Please note that we will consider pets but they are not allowed to roam free as the grounds are shared between the Ohana and the Main Estate home. Must be on leash when outside at all times. You are responsible for cleaning up after your pets and ensure that they are not barking loudly, etc. You will also need to set up utilities and pay for these monthly on your own account. This unit is furnished. Owner pays for all utilities. Pet- may be considered if you agree to clean up after your pet, ensure that they are on leash whenever outside the house, control loud barking, etc. There will be an additional pet deposit for this. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee for cleaning after you move out. No smoking inside or outside the home. Parking - plenty of street parking located just outside the Ohana. We will require security deposit up front equal to first month's rent, the first month's rent and pet deposit.
