The house is unique in that it was built in the 60's as a small snack shop in the in front and the owners lived in the back which was a separate unit. There is an elementary school next door, so they would have shave ice and snacks for the kids as they walked to and from school. Unfortunately we weren't allowed to keep it as a kitchen so we renovated the front unit into a studio. It is rented out long-term to a nice young couple. The main house is attached to the studio and shares the back wall which is insulated. It has three bedrooms, one full bathroom upstairs, and the other downstairs. The washer and dryer are also downstairs. The house is partially furnished with two queen beds, one full bed, living room furniture, and a TV. The house itself sits on a half acre and the northern boundary of the property is the Ka'apoko Stream. Utilities: Electric and water/sewer charged every month Stove, water heater, and dryer run on propane Propane hook up is downstairs. We provide first full tank, subsequent tanks are your responsibility Yardwork is included One year lease minimum. There is enough parking for three vehicles downstairs next to the yard. Renter is responsible for propane, electric, and water/sewer. Security deposit due at signing. No smoking allowed inside the house. Number of pets are negotiable.
