Month to month rentals are welcomed with a 2 month minimum. $1100 per month for this bedroom and access to all shared spaces, including basic utilities and high speed internet. No cats or dogs in this bedroom due to the new carpet upstairs. Off street parking is part of the room rental. Please keep your room and common spaces clean and tidy for the sake of your housemate. A cleaning fee may be deducted from your security deposit if there is significant need for more than usual deep-cleaning between room occupants. You are responsible for locking the doors at night and when you are not in the building. You will need to brush off your own car if it snows in the winter. No other maintainence duties required.
