If smoke is detected, lingering odors remain, or any damage occurs due to smoking, a $500 fine will be assessed. Parties or events are not allowed unless explicit permission is granted by the host in advance. If a party or event is found to be occurring without approval, the guest will be asked to leave immediately without any refund. No pets are allowed unless approved. If this policy is violated, the guest will be responsible for all cleaning and replacement costs for beds and linens. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect the neighbors during these hours. There are Ring cameras at the front and side doors. These should not be tampered with, covered, or disconnected. Tampering with these devices may result in immediate removal without a refund.
