Very convenient to get groceries (less than a 10 min walk to both a Giant (really a two min walk) and Whole Foods(about a 10 min walk)). There are also restaurants nearby, a postal service, a mail room for packages in the condo, and a place to get beer - all within walking distance. Condo is also handicap accessible through the garage and is secured by code and key access at both entrances. The thing I absolutely love is how safe the area is, but also how close the condo is to a running trail and lake park. I'm really sad to leave it. Condo community is also pet friendly and I can ask the landlord about any pet fees if you have a best friend you'd like to have in the home. I would prefer to do a virtual showing via FaceTime or WhatsApp if possible. I will do close up photos of anything you want to see. We will show you the condo in person, but will only entertain serious requests because COVID. The landlord and I want to limit exposure to people. He or I will be showing it to you.
