The rooms are very spacious and the kitchen and living room are good looking and clean. The bedroom is of good size and it includes fresh closets. It's on the first floor, hardwood floors, and a bathroom near the location of the living room and the kitchen. The neighbors and very peaceful, quiet, and have respect for other neighbors boundaries. Have to take the trash out. No smoking inside. We are not responsible for furniture or mattresses
