If pet hair is found on furniture or bedding, there may be an additional fee. Fines will apply for violations including but not limited to: leaving garbage in house or litter on grounds, failure to disclose or clean up after pets, smoking in house or garage, failure to follow house rules and respect posted signs, failure to follow check-out procedure, mistreatment of hot tub, or violations of local laws. A minimum $500 fine will be charged for smoking/vaping/marijuana in the house, violation of house rules, posted signs, laws, or failure to vacate at check-out time.
