Owner pays water, renter is responsible for electric, propane, and internet/Wi-Fi. Up to two non-aggressive dogs permitted with deposit and they must be on a leash while outside and in a crate if left alone inside. All accommodations are non-smoking. Park in assigned spots, no parking on grass.
