Redline Quincy Adams Station is only 6-7 min walk away. Bus station is around the corner. Yet it's quiet and relaxing in our neighborhood. People around here are very nice and friendly. And most importantly, it's safe. Up for lease is a 2 bed 1 living 1 bath apartment (or 3 bedroom if you don't need the living room) in a two-family house. Good for a couple or a young family (previous renters were a couple and two children). Kitchen/dining equipped with dishwasher, hood microwave, double door fridge; whole house heat pump with smart thermostat; compact size washer and dryer in the unit. Driveway parking available for 1 car. 1-year fixed term lease is to be updated every year. Long term preferred. Rent is $2400 /month, water and sewer fee included. Renter is responsible for electricity. Current lease ends at the end of February, but earlier move-in date (2/16 or later) is possible.
