This is a gated community with a swimming pool for the residents. The unit has a indoor laundry room, good sized kitchen with a gas oven, range, and refrigerator. There is also a dining room, living room, family room, and screened in porch. No smoking allowed. Landlord pays for water, basic cable tv, electricity and HOA. Renter pays for trash and gas... ( wearing a mask to stay safe, of course!)
