Solid brick construction. Added new heavy duty asphalt shingle roof in 2011. Terra cotta sewer piping, which was common in construction of this era, was upgraded with new trap and piping in 2010. New roof was added in December 2013 with thick lifetime shingles. In June 2016, major landscaping was completed on the west side of the house for a new 14' x 40' single car garage/workshop and storage shed. Soil is of very poor quality, so much of lawn has been seeded into clover and other ground covering which does not require lawn-type maintenance. Neighborhood Description Nice multi-generation family friendly neighborhood, but not nosey. Streets are usually fairly quiet and people and pets walking through the neighborhood normally outnumber cars. Lots of stop signs and curving streets discourage non-resident traffic. Five churches within a half-mile radius says a lot about the neighborhood!
