So you wanna be a rehabber eh? Got cash? Not bothered by any big repairs, or trash, or say dog poop? Well here you go! The house next door sold for $420k just a little while ago. You can have it for $250,000. There was a tree that fell into the roof sometime ago and that damage has never been repaired so some roof trusses and some plywood will be needed along with a new roof.
