All just 25 min from downtown Santa Fe and 10 minutes from Eldorado. This property is a 2-story custom house with the bedroom (queen bed), living room (twin daybed) and bathroom on the lower level and the kitchen (equipped with a hot plate, toaster oven, electric kettle, fridge/freezer, Berkey water filter system, (but no oven/stove)), dining room (seats 6), and workspace upstairs. This home has both gas and wood heat. Although it has all the amenities you'd expect in a conventional home (hot-water, electricity, and heating), we aim to be sustainable with our resources which come from solar energy and a private well, so we use a Laveo Dry Flush toilet to conserve water. You are free to use the entire house and its furnishings, the forested area and the communal fire pit/outdoor dining area. The wilderness preserve is just steps from your door and offers hours of hiking and nature discovery. Plus, plenty of secure parking onsite.
