Great place to sit out on the deck in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee or later in the day when it is time to relax. Any time works and you'll never have to worry about a strip mall or anything other that what you see as is taking over. Great school system, fire and police depts. are a plus. Close enough to Philly for convenience, but far away for non-city living. Atlantic City is a comfortable 1 1/2 drive if you like to vistit!!!
