I don't know how you arrive at a home's value, but you really need to do your homework. You have my home value at $371,000, but the identical home down the street on Covey - same improvements, same lot size, listed much higher. I am a real estate professional and hear this all the time from people - that similar homes in the same development have sometimes a $100,000 different range. You really need to do your homework an get your facts straight before disrupting the housing market.
