So this is different, we are looking for a caretaker that will pay US for the job. You pay us $800 per month to be the caretaker of our home. 3 months up front, you will have the use of the entire house, 2 bedroom and 11/2 bathrooms. We are putting in a new kitchen and want the home well taken care of. Formal Living room, dining room, sunroom, adding a kitchen island, 1/2 bath downstairs and bedroom and full bath upstairs. The last 2 families using the home were not kind to it and needs some TLC. Partially Furnished. Price for rent who be much more, but we are not looking for a regular tenant, we are looking for somebody who will take care of the house maybe do minor painting etc. We need somebody who can take care of the lawn, shovel sidewalk and keep the property looking nice. No pets, No smoking.
