Main floor - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, and living room. Basement - 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, laundry room, and family room. We will be renting this home to four men. Each person would have a private bedroom and share a bathroom with one other person. Four people would share the kitchen, laundry room, upstairs living room, and downstairs family room. The home is fully furnished: furniture, beds, bedding, plates, silverware, etc. This is not BYU Idaho approved housing, however we require our renters to abide by BYU-I's apartment living standards including those regarding Entertainment and Media, Firearms and Weapons, Curfew and Quiet Hours, Visitation by the Opposite Sex and Pets (no dogs or cats). The renter must have a good credit rating. The landlord will take care of the lawn (included in rent). No smoking or drinking allowed. A cleaning person will come every two weeks to wash sheets, clean bathroom and kitchen. Each renter is expected to clean up after himself and share in keeping the house clean. The cleaning person's cost is included in the rent. Only one car is allowed per renter. There is a garage - it would cost extra if it is available. The lease could be for one to 13 months (thus short term leases are possible). Of the $500 security deposit, $100 of it is not refundable.
