Our 1 bedroom condo directly overlooks the pools and beach. you will enjoy the sounds of the ocean and occasionally see dolphins swim by. The resort offers everything you might want on vacation, 3 heated adult pools, 1 childs pool with water features, 2 hot tubs, sauna, business center, exercise room, restaurant, tiki bar. grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. The condo has kitchen with full size refrigerator, microwave,2 burner cook top, 1 bedroom with 2 queen beds, full bathroom with tub, and garage parking. Laundry room down the hall. We are renting our unit for 125.00 night, 750.00 a week or 2500.00 a month, event nights are more. We would except longer stays if you wanted to rent month to month, 3 night minimum 75.00 cleaning charge,1000.00 security deposit. We are in a resort that has private owners and the resort also has a hotel rooms that the resort rents out. We are a private owner that is not with the hotel rental. Our unit will be supplied with cooking supplies, dishes, towels, blankets and starter supplies dish soap, soap, toilet paper, If you need more there is a dollar store across street, along with grocery store, and restaurants. Resort does not furnish supplies for our condo because we are a private owner.
